Vendor shall be solely responsible for securing, at his/her sole cost, workers’ compensation insurance, disability benefits insurance and any other insurance as may be required by law.

Dear Band Leader:
The Virginia Caribbean-American Cultural Association Inc. (VCACA,Inc.) welcomes your participation in the Virginia CaribFest 2012 parade.   As you know, your participation is as vital as the festival itself.  The Carnival will take place this year on August 11th, 2012 at Town Point Park, Waterside Dr, Norfolk.  The parade is scheduled for Saturday, August 11th, 2012 beginning at 11:00 AM starting at Harbor Park.  In an effort to have a smooth operation and execution of the festival, we have provided you with the registration forms, rules and regulations.  Please read the information carefully and return the registration form with the registration fee, depending on the size of your band, no later than July 11, 2012. Please feel free to request any clarification of these items at any time.  Thank you in advance for your support in making Virginia CaribFest 2012 a success.
